I Have a Deep Passion for Stripes

Yes, its true.  I love stripes and chevrons.  Yes, they are trendy but I love them and I truly think it’s a home decor fad that will stay around for a while.   Lets do the stripe count in my house.  My love of stripes first came out in my  guest bedroom.  They are more subtle here because this is my first ever room rehab.  You map of france with cialis can find them in the pillows, the pin striped sheets (sorry, you can’t tell in the picture), and the chevron closet curtains.  My stripe count is up to 3.

Next up is my kitchen.  I added the stripes in my curtains

And carried it over to my modge podge bins.  The count is now up to 5.

In the laundry room office, I embellished the mail bins with stripes…

and covered some crates to hide my craft storage.  That brings us to 7.

My bedroom got the stripes in the curtains and pillows.  I sewed these striped curtains myself. The count is up to nine…no worries, there is more.

My living room was a little low on stripes until lately.  I held back a little and did more color blocking stripes with my curtains made out of scraps.  Add these brought the count to 10.

Of course you can’t leave out my striped and chevron pillows, which bring the count to 12:

Did you think my hallway could get rehabbed without some stripes?  I am at a shameful 13.

I couldn’t let my guest bathroom go without stripes.  I decided to go on the wall with these stripes:

I will show you the end product and how I did it on Wednesday!

Thanks for reading,
