lWhile my dryer is still in pieces let me show you a little project that I did in my guest bathroom. When we moved into our house we had to use our guest bathroom because our master bathroom was completely under construction. I don’t know how much this bathroom was used by the previous owner because the window in the bathroom had perfectly painted and the glass was very thinly frosted.
I am thinking it rarely got used because I stood in my shower (fully clothed) at night and had my husband go outside to see how much privacy I would have with the frosted glass and the Hubs ran back in and said that he could see everything. Before I showered I covered the window with a vinyl shower curtain. I posted here how we dealt with the privacy issue.
Lets play that game where you figure out what is different between pictures. There is an obvious one and there is a subtle one. (Hint..look at the bottom left corner on the second picture)
After many showers the trim around our shower window started to look like this.
Yuck! This shower window sill needed to be fixed. So a sanded it down to get it good and level and I pulled out what little I had left of this stuff.
I did two coats (with 24 hour drying time in between) with the epoxy paint and I got a window sill in the shower that is totally water-resistant and white. Love it!
It ended up looking like this:
It was a quick and easy update!
