Yesterday, I couldn’t keep my eyes open. I was exhausted from wedding week. Last week was filled with 6am-3pm work hours so I could get off work and focus on wedding. I sewed, hot-glued, thrift store shopped and rummaged through friends/family of the brides stuff. Saturday I showed up at the venue at 7am and didn’t leave until 11:30pm after it was all cleaned up. Thank goodness it was a golf club and had locker rooms for me to get ready. Today I want to show you the goal and outcome and in the weeks to come (with some house rehab posts mixed in between) I will show you how I did it all.

Our little community is great. I borrowed tables from a local camp, her brother built stuff, sewed stuff, borrowed mason jars from the brides friend (who just got married), her aunt volunteered to pick wild flowers, I used left over flowers the florist had from the bouquets and corsage, we collected and borrowed old doors, I hot glued, spray painted, and moved a ton of furniture…all in a matter of three days. This is how it all turned out…
The reception was indoors and outdoors. Here is the outside part:
